ENGINEER COST ESTIMATION (TS)
General information:

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Under general supervision of Coordinator Technical Business Support – Technical Support Department
- Responsible for prepare, estimate concept and detail, review, supervise and control/monitor, close out report all Technical Support Project Capital & Operating cost and scheduling against budget, including cost allocation expenses related to materials, equipment, and labor costing as to ensure that the budget utilization is used in effective and efficient to achieve production goals and objective
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree with Engineering
- Having minimum 5 years experience in Cost Engineer & Estimation preferably within Oil & Gas production company
- Strong at Cost Accounting, Cost Engineering, Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Invoicing Background
- Familiar with WP&B, AFE and Project Management
- Experience in using SAP System
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written
SR. ENGINEER PRODUCTION SURFACE (TS)

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Responsible to monitor, evaluate, analyze, improve performance of oil and gas production. All the efforts are to maximize oil and gas production and to minimize production loss both planned and unplanned. Work with Head of Integrity and Reliability, Head of Production, head of Technical Maintenance, Sub Surface Production Engineers on planning and day to day operation. He shall give opinion, suggestion, advice, and idea how to improve the process and maximizing production
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree Of Engineering major in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical
- Having 15 years experiences as an Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry
- Familiar with Oil & Gas operations, Production Process & Produced Water Handling, strong at Process Engineering
- Process Safety & Environment Awareness

SPECIALIST BUDGET & COST CONTROL (OBS)

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- This position is directly report to Manager Operation Business Support
- Exercises budget and cost control function of the Operations Division by preparing over-all budget, monitoring & controlling, analyzing & reporting, and presenting expenditure against the approved budget
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Finance/Accounting/Management
- Having minimum 8 years experience with related experience at Budgeting & Cost Control within Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledgeable of Oil & Gas operation, Budget & Cost Control & Project Management. Supply Chain & Commercial Financial knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in using SAP System
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written
SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION (FOP)

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Responsible for day to day activities of Production/Process, in order to maintain daily production of gas & oil rate as well as to control the general process maintenance to support the company in achieving its based on the company policy and procedure
- Continuously monitor development of Production group work in progress to ensure planned completion and safe work habits
- Gather all process histories/filling and problems, analyze the problem, then propose recommendation
- Prepare and reviewe a regular daily report and wells history report
- Ensure all Health Safety & Environment aspects are implemented on all production job performance
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, or other related Engineering discipline
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a production supervisor in oil & gas production field
- Familiar with Wells, Oil & Gas Processing
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written
SUPERVISOR AUTOMATION (FOP)

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Supervise and control all automation maintenance activities at assigned field, including gas metering and other maintenance job in order to achieve better maintenance effectiveness, higher work quality, higher safety awareness, higher equipment reliability and lower maintenance cost, lower production lost by minimizing down time and better optimization of spare parts inventories.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Instrument/Computer or Physics Engineering
- Having minimum 5 years experience as a Supervisor Maintenance in Oil & Gas Production fields
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written
- Computer literacy
- Supervisory & Performance Management skills
SPECIALIST QHSE (HSSE)
General information:

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Quality HSE Specialist ensures the excellence of HSE compliances at PHE WMO Operations; all HSE program, crisis management & emergency response, concept, strategy, manpower, equipment, and training are excellent planned and implemented; excellent coordination to all PHE WMO Operation as well as external parties.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Having 8 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry with 5 years experience in HSE area
- Familiar Crisis Management & Emergency Response, Risk Assessment Management, Quality & HSE Audit, HSE Process & Engineering
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written

SR. ENGINEER DRILLING (DRILLING)

Summary of position & responsibilities :
- Responsible for proving technical and operational support to the allocated drilling activities to ensure safe and economical operation in line with good petroleum industry practices
- Plans well drilling programs and procedures
- Planning and initiates, purchasing arrangements of all drilling equipment, materials and tools, to ensure their adequate supply during operations.
- Performs the preparation of well cost estimates, AFEs and monitors subsequent expenditure to justify any variations, aiming however, at cost reductions, in a manner consistent with safe industry practice.
- Assists field drilling personnel by advice or recommendations in making operational decisions, onsite technical help on special projects
- Provides drilling input to G&G, Exploitation and Reservoir Engineering activities as required, including timely, fit-for-purpose pre-AFE cost estimates.
- Keeps abreast of developments and advances in drilling technology, equipment, and techniques though out the industry and helps Drilling staff concerned to apply them in order to improve operational efficiency and to reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in Drilling Engineering & Operations Planning & Execution
- Experience with offshore drilling operations strongly preferred
-Proven ability to work with other key subsurface disciplines such as reservoir engineering, geology, geophysics, plus related departments such as Supply Chain Management, Projects, Operations and Production
- Fluent in English; both speaking & written
- Computer literacy
