Persyaratan :
1. Pendidikan min. S1 dengan IPK minimum 2,75 dari universitas terkemuka
2. Usia maks. 27 tahun pada saat melamar
3. Bersedia tidak menikah selama masa pendidikan
4. Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai prinsip dasar Islam dan Perbankan Syariah
5. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan analisa yang baik
6. Memiliki kepercayaan diri dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
7. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris secara aktif baik secara tertulis maupun verbal
8. Tidak memiliki hubungan keluarga dengan karyawan dan Direksi PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk
9. Bersedia mengikuti program pendidikan dalam jangka waktu dan tempat yang telah ditentukan
10. Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang-cabang PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk yang ada di seluruh Indonesia. Diutamakan laki-laki

Supported by the Indonesian Association of Moslem Intellectuals (ICMI) and a group of Moslem entrepreneurs, the founding of Bank Muamalat also won the support of the general public, evidenced by a Rp 84 billion pledge for the purchase of the Bank's shares on the date when the Articles of Association was signed.
